...I don't need it on my talk page however.
The reverting of the template on my talk page is removing notes that I am leaving there for any editor who comes to my talk page. There is no reason for the continual reverting of my talk page to reinclude a "welcome" template, that editors are free to remove when they like. Please don't reinclude it.
