დიუკის უნივერსიტეტი (ინგლ. Duke University) — ამერიკის შეერთებულ შტატებში, ჩრდილოეთი კაროლინას შტატის ქალაქ დარემში მდებარე კერძო კვლევითი უნივერსიტეტი. თავდაპირველად მეთოდისტებმა და კვაკერებმა უნივერსიტეტი 1838 წელს, ქალაქ ტრინიტიში დაარსეს, თუმცა 1892 წელს უნივერსიტეტი დარემში გადავიდა.
