მისტიციზმი (ბერძნ. μυστικός მისტიკოს — დაფარული) — ფილოსოფიური და თეოლოგიური სწავლება, რომელიც მიმართულია არაამქვეყნიურ ძალებთან კავშირის დამყარებისკენ; სწრაფვა აბსოლუტურ რეალობასთან, ღვთაებრივთან, სულიერ ჭეშმარიტებასთან ან ღმერთთან ერთიანობის მიღწევისადმი უშუალო გამოცდილების, ინტუიციის ან შთაგონების გზით; რწმენა, რომ ამგვარი გამოცდილება ცოდნის და შემეცნების მნიშვნელოვანი წყაროა.
