არმან ემანუელ დიუ პლესი რიშელიე

არმან ემანუელ დიუ პლესი რიშელიე (დ. 1766 — გ. 1822) — ჰერცოგი, ფრანგი არისტოკრატი, სახელმწიფო მოღვაწე, ბურბონების პრემიერ-მინისტრი. რევოლუციის შემდეგ გაძევებულ იქნა საფრანგეთიდან, ჩავიდა რუსეთში (1790 წ.) და მონაწილეობას იღებდა რუსეთ-თურქეთის ომში (1787-1791). 1803 წელს დაინიშნა ოდესის ქალაქის მმართველად. 1803-1814 წლებში იყო ნოვოროსიის გუბერნატორი. 1807 წელს მნაწილეობდა ანაპის აღებაში. რესტავრაციის შემდეგ 1814 წელს დაბრუნდა საფრანგეთში და მსახურობდა ლუი XVIII-ის კარზე. ორჯერ იყო პირველი მინისტრი და საგარეო საქმეთა მინისტრი (1815-1818; 1820-1821).
