Neutral? or biased?

(მე არ მესმის ქართული. Please excuse me for writing in English.)

I am worried about the neutrality of this article. It appears to be largely copied from this page on the Georgian Orthodox Church's web site, and based on my reading (with lots of help from a dictionary) of a few portions of the text, it seems to have been written from a point of view that assumes the claims of Joseph Smith are obviously not to be taken seriously. (If I am mistaken and this article really is written in a balanced, neutral manner, please let me know.)

I am not saying that an article about Mormons needs to sound like a missionary pamphet designed to convert people — but it would be much better if it could be written in a way that explains the subject from a neutral point of view, without adopting a position either for or against it.

An ambitious editor who knows English as well as Georgian might want to check out the English Wikipedia articles on Mormons, Mormonism, or the Mormon Church and use that material as a basis for writing a new and more neutral article in Georgian. A simpler starting point might be this page, which is a translation into English of an article about Mormonism in the Romanian Wikipedia. რესტავრაციონული, თუ აღდგენილი?

რესტავრაციონულია სწორი, თუ აღდგენილი? ანუ მე ვხვდები აღდგენილის მნიშვნელობას და სწორედ ამიტომ ვკითხულობ - ვფიქრობ ეს მორწმუნის კუთხიდან ნათქვამს გავს და არა სამეცნიერო ტერმინს. უცხოენოვანი ლიტერატურით არსებობს რელიგიური მოვლენა რესტავრაციონიზმი (სტაროვერები რუსულ სივრცეში) და ეს არა მარტო ქრისტიანობაში (მაგ. ვაჰაბიტები). ქართულ ლექსიკონებში გვხვდება ასევე ტერმინი რეტროგრადული განახლება. --Rastrelli F 13:19, 8 მარტი 2011 (UTC)
