Флаг муниципального образования — город Касимов представляет собой прямоугольное двустороннее синее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуру гербового щита с двумя жёлтыми полосами вдоль верхней и нижней стороны полотнища в 1/8 ширины полотнища.
