As you are experienced admin of Georgian Wikipedia, I would kindly ask you to change article name Stepanakerti to Khankendi (or Xankəndi in Azerbaijani language). This is official name of the town. As such problem exists with Georgian names in occupied territories, I guess you will understand our proposal.
