Yeah, I did a research and found that page on Meta too. The sad thing about this story is that no administrator on Georgian wiki knew that such request was made and everyone was expecting you to change his status. Furthermore, it caused some confusion and misunderstanding among all users as there was no record in the log as well as no final decision was stated on the voting page. I already explained that to the new admin. He doesn't really seem to care, but it's his problem, not mine:) Thank you all the same.
